About Erin Pallard - Trauma and EMDR Therapist In Palm Beach Gardens
Therapist. Cancer Survivor. Dog Mom. Beach Lover. Human First.
You're probably here because life feels hard.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel broken, scared, and unsure of where to turn. I know how painful it is to put on a brave face while silently struggling. And I know the courage it takes to reach out for help — to want more for yourself even when life feels like too much.
Through my own healing journey — especially after cancer — I’ve learned that emotional recovery is possible. You can rewrite your story, even if parts of it have been painful or messy. You can come home to yourself.
Now I help other’s do the same.

Hi! I'm Erin.
Hi, I’m Erin. I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I offer in-person and virtual therapy for clients in Florida and Rhode Island.
I’m also a cancer survivor, a dog mom, a coffee enthusiast,
and a sunshine seeker who loves a good book, the sound of the waves, and early mornings with my tennis racket in hand.
But more than anything, I deeply believe in the healing power of being seen, heard and supported without judgement.
If you live anywhere in Florida or in Rhode Island, I would be honored to help you find stability again.
Why I do this work
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel broken, scared, and unsure of where to turn.

I specialize in working with:
- Adult children of narcissistic parents
- Survivors of trauma and emotional abuse
- People navigating anxiety, perfectionism, or chronic overwhelm
- Cancer survivors and those living with a diagnosis
- Individuals healing after bariatric surgery
- Anyone who feels stuck, exhausted, or like they’ve lost themselves
Many of my clients look like they “have it all together” on the outside — but inside, they’re struggling with anxiety, grief, shame, or the aftermath of toxic relationships. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone.
My style is warm, intuitive, and collaborative.
I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed care, but what truly guides our work is you. Your pace. Your voice. Your goals.
Clients often tell me they feel like they can finally be themselves in therapy with me — no masks, no pressure, just real conversations in a safe, compassionate space.
Life beyond the therapy room
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me walking my dog (or sneaking her treats under the table), soaking up the Florida sunshine, reading something soulful, or catching up with my adult son. I believe in slow mornings, deep laughs, heartfelt connection, and really good coffee.
